Upon purchasing a ticket with Hungry Cat Promotions you are agreeing to the terms listed below.
Please read carefully before purchasing as tickets are now non refundable.
- All information supplied is truthful and correct.
- You are purchasing this ticket for yourself or you and your partner. You must not purchase tickets for others. If it is found that you have done so, your ticket will be voided without refund.
- When you click “I Agree”, you will be directed to the purchase page accessed using a password from Hungry Cat Promotions. For safety and privacy reasons only vetted guests (meet verified/ vouched for either by previous HC guests or people, who are well established within the scene) are allowed at our events. If you have obtained this password from someone else, please exit and message us on swingable.me (HungryCat), fabswingers.com (Hungry Cat) or fetlife.com (_Hungry_Cat_) first of all for the official invitation. If you did not receive the password directly from us – your ticket will be voided without refund.
- From November 2024 Hungry Cat Promotions Ltd will no longer be able to offer refunds due to our high running costs and financial commitments to our events.
- Tickets are non transferable to other people at any time.
- Two weeks before any event, you will have the option to join the event chat group on Telegram app. Although we encourage this, it is not essential. Group chats are monitored intermittently by moderators to ensure the group rules are being adhered to and no laws are broken. Group rules will be displayed in the group several times every day as well as being posted to you privately upon arrival. Anyone, who misuses this group chat for any malicious reasons, breaks the law or in any way purposely creates negative atmosphere will be removed from the chat and have their ticket voided without refund. We never make this decision lightly, but the interest of the community as a whole will always come first and we are here to provide people with a safe and positive platform.
- Hungry Cat Promotions Ltd. can not be held responsible for breeches of group rules although we will endeavour to resolve any issues at our discretion.
- Hungry Cat Promotions Ltd. reserve the right to cancel or void any ticket and remove any guest at any time from a guest list, group chat or event without explanation. This decision is never made lightly or with prejudice.
